本平台试行7天无使用退货政策,这意味着您在收到产品并未消耗的情况下,有7天时间可申请退货。

     如获得退货资格您的商品必须与您收到时的状况相同进行任何消费或未进行平台内玩法消耗并且显示在钻石余额中。同时,您还需要提供扣款收据(单号)和平台内收据(单号)

    

要开始退货您可以通过APP内客服小恐龙一号(Dino ID: 100000或官方邮箱dinoapp2021@gmail.com 联系我们如果您的退货被接受我们将向你报告购买商品金额的退还状态Dino不接受在未事先要求退货的情况下进行的强行退货行为强行进行退款,造成充值获得货物无法退还,将被处以账号封禁处理。

 

损坏和问题

     请在收到货物时,检查您的订单。如果商品有缺陷、损坏或改到错误商品请立即与我们联系,以便我们评估问题并改正。

退款

     我们会在收到并检查您的退货后通知您并通知您退款是否获得批准如果获得批准您将通过原始付款方式自动获得退款请记住您的银行或信用卡公司也可能需要一些时间来处理退款事宜。

Return Policy of Dino

XUANZHI INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and shown on diamond balance. You’ll also need the receipt of debit (order id) and Dino order ID.

To start a return, you can contact our official staff in Dino called 小恐龙一号(Dino ID: 100000) or email us: dinoapp2021@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return notification. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If return without first requesting, account will be banned when items could not be reclaimed by Dino.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
